Personnel Management Center, Philippine Army, led by its Director, COLONEL LEAH L SANTIAGO ART (MNSA) PA, warmly welcomes the newly appointed Commander of the 502nd Brigade, 5th Infantry Division, PA, BRIGADIER GENERAL RHODERICK L PARALLAG PA.

During his visit, BGEN PARALLAG reflected on the transformation of the PMC, PA over the years, having once served as a member of the unit himself. He highlighted the Center’s pivotal function as the implementing arm of the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel, OG1, PA, particularly in the sphere of human resource management, emphasizing its significant contribution to the Philippine Army’s operational effectiveness and the attainment of its strategic objectives.

LOOK II The Army Personnel Management Center (APMC) proudly joins the nation in celebrating the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month this May 2025, with the theme: "From Red Tape to Red Carpet: Better Business Movement in a Bagong Pilipinas."

The Philippine Army, through the Army Personnel Management Center, presents “Life in the OCS”. This reality series showcases the journey of seven Army officer applicants from diverse backgrounds at the Philippine Army Officer Candidate School (PAOCS), from their oath-taking until they are commissioned as Second Lieutenants in the Philippine Army.

PAOCS is a training institution within the Philippine Army that prepares individuals to become military officers. The school offers an education and training program focused on developing leadership, tactical skills, and military knowledge essential for becoming an Army officer.
