Our Turkey Trip took a long time to happen. We couldn’t go before because of work. But when we finally did it, it was the best!!

We went to be with friends, discover a country we have never visited before, and spend time away before Tricia and Jillian leaves this month. But Turkey truly captivated us!! Everyday we were there was truly a feast for the senses - the sights, colors, food, the smell of spices, etc.

We went to Istanbul, Cappadocia, Kusadasi, Ephesus and Pamukkale for a week and every place we went to was totally different from the others. When I have more time, I will write about the experience.

Thank you to the Lopas who were the best travel buddies one could ever wish for. Our 6 kids had the best time together. Our tour guide, Eyup Karapinar of True Blue Travel Agency, was excellent. I highly recommend him to everyone planning a trip to Turkey.

After a week, we had thousands of videos and photos. It was so difficult to just pick 10. So will try to post more in the coming days. .paints .lopa
