This is a friendly reminder to pay your 2026 Real Property Tax (RPT) on time.

Taxpayers who paid their 2026 RPT in advance on or before December 30, 2025 and availed of the 20% advance payment discount are advised to settle any remaining balance on or before March 31, 2026 to avail of the 20% discount.

These balances resulted from the additional tax due under Ordinance No. 28, Series of 2025, which increased the applicable Real Property Tax rates effective 2026.

Meanwhile, taxpayers who will pay their annual 2026 RPT on or before March 31, 2026 are still entitled to a 7.5% early payment discount.

Taxes may be paid every Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at the following locations:

The Barangay Express Service Taskforce (BESTaguig) has already covered 47 locations in Taguig—including EMBO barangays—bringing vital services like drainage clearing, streetlight repair, waste cleanup, sanitation, and sidewalk restoration.

Led by the Flood Control Task Force, BESTaguig is rolling out more operations soon. Residents are invited to volunteer and work hand-in-hand with their communities for a cleaner and safer Taguig.

The BESTaguig team along with eager residents and volunteers will have an assembly at 6:00 A.M. before the clean-up operations, which will start at 6:30 A.M.

Astrero, tinalakay ang mga estratehiya para sa mas ligtas na North Signal Village. Sinuri rin ni PMAJ Bas ang ating mga operasyon upang masiguro ang kaayusan sa ating komunidad.
