The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) led by PBGEN CHRISTOPHER N ABRAHANO, OIC, NCRPO, conducted the Oath-Taking and Turnover Ceremony of the Newly Appointed Patrolman and Patrolwoman under the CY 2026 Regular and Attrition Recruitment Program on September 16, 2026 at the NCRPO Grandstand, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City.

One of the highlights of the activity was the Ceremonial Turnover of PNP Salary ATM Cards facilitated by the Regional Finance Unit–NCR (RFU-NCR) under the leadership of PCOL JONATHAN B PAPAY, Chief, RFU-NCR.

The ceremonial turnover underscores the RFU-NCR’s commitment to providing timely and efficient financial services while supporting the welfare of newly appointed PNP personnel as they begin their careers in the public service.

Crime knows no borders—and neither should police cooperation. The Philippine National Police joins the 2026 International Day of Police Cooperation in support of the motto “Together Against Crime,” highlighting the importance of working closely with police organizations around the world to prevent and investigate transnational crime, protect vulnerable persons, locate missing individuals, apprehend fugitives, and recover criminal proceeds.

Through international police cooperation, authorities are better equipped to prevent and investigate transnational crimes, protect vulnerable persons, locate missing individuals, track fugitives, and recover criminal proceeds.

Together, we strengthen the fight against crime and build safer communities through cooperation that goes beyond borders. This is the commitment of the PNP—Bagong PNP para sa Bagong Pilipinas: Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman.
