Subject: Clarification on Organizational Authority and Distinction of Movements

Greetings in unity and solidarity.

This memorandum is issued to clarify to all convenors, coordinators, and members of MASA SARA DUTERTE ALLIANCE regarding the authority and organizational structure of our movement.

Please be informed that Ben Ranque, who is known as the Founding Chairman of MASADA Marcos Sara Duterte Alliance, represents a separate, different and distinct political dimensions from MASA SARA DUTERTE ALLIANCE.

MASA SARA DUTERTE ALLIANCE was created before the formal declaration of Vice President Sara Duterte on her bid for presidency, come 2028.

The able and willingness of our brothers and sisters to help our fellowmen, country and God thus the creation of MASA SARA DUTERTE ALLIANCE.

The recent concluded MASA SARA DUTERTE ALLIANCE Launching participated by nationwide regional leaders, guests and participants paved way to the appoinment, of National, Regionals, Provincials, Cities and Municipalities, Youths Leaders, Sociocivic Religious and some Multi Sectoral Group.

The oathaking was likewise inducted officially by the National Chairman of MASA SARA DUTERTE ALLIANCE - Cesar B. Cuntapay and personally witnessed by the presence of Mr. CJ Costales the Political Stratigist Analyst of VP Sara Z. Duterte and other guests and participants.

In this regard, we wish to convey to all non members and non officers to refrain from performing any act or activity, wich are deemed inimical to the best interest of MASA SARA DUTERTE ALLIANCE. Specially affecting the presidential bid of VP Sara Z. Duterte.

We respectfully advise all official convenors and members to coordinate only with the official leadership of MASA SARA DUTERTE ALLIANCE for guidance, programs, and activities related to our movement.

Your cooperation and unity are highly appreciated as we continue to strengthen our organization and pursue our mission.
