As a support of the global movement "Let the Earth Breathe" Empowered Social Obligation of the Youth (ESOY) spearheaded the Mangrove planting and Coastal Clean-up drive at CENRO Coastal Management Office and Training Center in Brgy. Liboganon.
50pcs of Mangrove trees are planted at the specific site and later cleaned on the coastal beaches of Liboganon. It is attended by approximately 100 ESOY members and volunteers.

To widen and strengthen their democracy as a youth in the upcoming elections. ESOYs attended the Voter's Education Program held in Province Sports Complex, DDN.
The said event has participated with the different organizations in the city.

"Umarangkada na!"
Around 80 ESOYs from several Barangays, including South, East, Mankilam, North, Nueva Fuerza, La Filipina, and Canocotan, attended the first-ever Empowered Social Obligation of the Youth (ESOY) exercise conducted at Cagro Tagum.
Soil bagging is the activity, in which ESOYs rolled and soiled their own "lokong" (a banana leaf that is rolled). The goal of this activity is to support the City's Hugpong Tagumenyo event wherein CAGRO distributes free seedlings to the people due to this activity it can lessen the labor of the said office.

ESOY responded with 100 pax of Hygiene kits which one kit consists of 1 bottle of spray alcohol, 1 shampoo, 1 toothpaste, and 1 mask.
