Bisan pa man luyo sa hagit sa kinabuhi, nagpabilin malig-on ug kugihan ang solo parent na si Ronah N. Baslan, usa ka 4Ps beneficiary gikan sa Barangay Miranda, Island Garden City of Samal.

Iyang gipamatud-an na dili babag ang iyang edad aron matiwas niya ang iyang pangandoy na makahuman og eskwela. Usa siya sa mga academic awardee na ninggradwar og Alternative Learning System (ALS) na programa sa DepEd.

Wala 'sab nasayang iyang nakat-onan kay human niya ninggradwar, iyahang gikuha ang oportunidad na moagi og training sa Security Service NC II aron madungagan ang iyang income isip usa ka manicurista. Siya isa sa mga recipient sa Beauty Care Services NC II na gihatag sa Sustainable Livelihood Program sa DSWD.

Si Ronah N. Baslan, solo parent sa tulo niyang mga anak, nagpabiling malig-on luyo sa pandemya ug kanunay nga mapasalamaton sa gobyerno sa oportunidad na gihatag aron mapalambo ang ilang pamuyo isip usa ka pamilya ug maayong ehemplo sa katilingban.
