Please be informed that some areas in Tagum City may still experience low water pressure to no water supply. This is due to high silt intrusion and heavy turbidity at the Bulk Water Plant of our partner, Tagum Water Company, Incorporated (TWCI), caused by recent heavy rainfall.

To mitigate the water supply shortage, Tagum Water District has activated six (6) of its pumping stations.

However, we encourage all concessionaires to store water during non-peak hours to ensure an adequate supply for their needs.
