The AYSRH Advocacy on Teenage Pregnancy Prevention & Awareness activity was successfully conducted with the participation of adolescents at Barangay Canocotan. The program aimed to promote awareness, responsible decision-making, and the importance of reproductive health education among the youth.

Through meaningful discussions and active participation, the activity encouraged young individuals to become more informed, responsible, and empowered members of the community.

The Population and Development Section successfully conducted the Parents Education on Gender and Adolescent Development, participated by dedicated barangay functionaries, including barangay officials, barangay nurse, barangay health workers, barangay nutrition scholar, and staff members.

This activity aimed to strengthen awareness, enhance understanding, and promote responsive approaches in addressing gender sensitivity and adolescent development concerns within the community.

The Population & Development Section successfully facilitated the Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling for couples preparing to enter into marriage. The session provided comprehensive discussions on responsible parenthood, legal basis for Pre-Marriage Orientation, the rights of women and their children, and the roles or duties of married individuals.
