The Provincial Agrarian Reform Coordinating Committee (PARCCOM) conducted its 5th Regular Meeting on May 21, 2026, at the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office in Mankilam, Tagum City, to discuss pressing issues and concerns related to the implementation of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) in the province. The meeting gathered key stakeholders and agrarian reform implementers to strengthen coordination and ensure the continuous delivery of services to agrarian reform beneficiaries.
Among those who participated in the activity were MARPO Henry T. Marin, SARPT Imelda P. Fundador, and ARPO II Edelyn M. Igar. During the meeting, the participants discussed Memorandum Circular No. 4, Series of 2014, particularly on the updates of landholdings and related concerns affecting the implementation of agrarian reform programs. The discussion highlighted the importance of accurate data validation, monitoring, and proper documentation to support land acquisition and distribution efforts.
The meeting also served as a venue for planning and strategizing future actions and interventions to address challenges encountered in the field. The Dujali Free Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (DUFFAMCO), with the support of the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office XI and the Department of Agrarian Reform Region XI, successfully coordinated the registration to the Farmers and Fisherfolk Enterprise Development Information System (FFEDIS).
Regional PAHP Focal Person Alexia Lou Almasco and ARPO II Mark Joseph A. Marin provided assistance to DUFFAMCO during the registration process to help strengthen the cooperativeโs enterprise operations, widen market opportunities, and access possible government interventions and support services.
The activity reflects the strong commitment of partner agencies and stakeholders in supporting farmersโ organizations toward sustainable enterprise development and improved livelihood opportunities.
In addition, DUFFAMCO also initiated its registration with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) to further expand its access to government procurement opportunities and potential institutional markets.

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Provincial Office of Davao del Norte conducted a CDA and PhilGEPS orientation, organized by the Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBBD) in partnership with RSSD XI, which took place at the DAR Provincial Office Conference Room in Mankilam, Tagum City.
Held in preparation for the upcoming Regional Program Orientation and Planning Session of the DAR-CDA Solidarity and Partnership for Prosperity through Agrarian Reform Cooperatives (SPPARC), the activity aligns operations with the 2026 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Development and Sustainability Program. It equipped participants, including DAR staff, farmersโ groups, and cooperative representatives from various municipalities, with knowledge of cooperative registration, governance, compliance, government support services, and access to public procurement and market opportunities.
The event aims to strengthen organizational and enterprise capabilities of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBOs), improve coordination among implementers, and support sustainable livelihood development for farming communities.

The activity gathered Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBOs) and representatives from malls, convenience stores, and business establishments to discuss marketing opportunities and supplier requirements aimed at strengthening market access for ARBO products.
The program opened with welcome remarks from Zerline T. Balleque, who emphasized the importance of empowering ARBOs through sustainable market linkages and partnerships.
Representatives from Robinsons Supermarket Corporation, Gaisano Grand, NCCC Mall of Tagum, JS Gaisano, Davao Central Convenience Store, DAGOEMC Consumer Store, and the Davao del Norte Pasalubong Center shared valuable insights on product standards, supplier qualifications, and marketing strategies.
