The City Architect's Office will facilitate the 3-day vaccination drive in this location.

The National Vaccination Days aims to jab and vaccinate 15 million unvaccinated Filipinos ages 12 and above nationwide.

To show support of this initiative, the City Government of Tagum designated The City Architect's Office to provide assistance to one of the 22 vaccination sites identified, particularly at Florentino Catalan Elementary School for residents of Barangay Cuambogan.

Despite the challenges, yesterday's vaccination has successfully jab 898 first doses of vaccine against COVID-19.

This would not be possible without the following significant roles filled:

To the City Health Office - Tagum, headed by Dr. Arnel Florendo, assisted by Dr. April Senarillos, doctors, nurses, BHWs, and medical personnel, your untiring dedication is deeply appreciated;

To Dr. Dainah Fajardo, for being very active and hands-on in supervising and making sure that all queries by the facilitators and participants were taken care of;

To Dr. Princess Dumandagan, and Dr. Trisha Tabigue and their team for the additional manpower yesterday night;

To the volunteer nurses from Tagum Doctors Hospital Inc. and the Philippine National Police, as well as volunteers from other public and private sectors, we salute your hardwork in taking part of this campaign;

To the volunteer encoders and clerical staff, thank you for your patience and your continuous effort in accommodating every participant;

To AlfaLink Total Solution Corp. and the LYR Group of Companies, represented by Sir Eric Rubinos, President & CEO, for their extensive effort and support during the conduct of yesterday’s vaccination activity;

(AlfaLink provided the computers and network needed by the encoders to add and submit data about the participants of the vaccination rollout.

In addition to that, they also added signage and tarpaulin for easy identification of the various sections/steps inside the venue.)

To the team deployed, Sir Robert De Vera, Sir Jaovanni T. Lizardo, Sir Marlou M. Daro, and Sir Junil S. Dacera, your fast and efficient actions has helped in ensuring all devices are functional;

To Ma’am Vi Alien Louise Tongco, Junior Marketing Manager and Ma’am Kathleen Patiño, Marketing Staff, for actively coordinating with us from preparations up to the day of the event;

To Sir Joseph Nelson Briones, Chief Operating Officer, for visiting and showing his support on the vaccination day;

To Barangay Cuambogan, headed by their Punong Barangay Hon. Robert Isaal, to his barangay staffs, tanods, and officials, for being very supportive and providing all assistance they can extend since the venue preparation until the event has ended;

To Florentino Catalan Elementary School, represented by its Principal, Sir Ireneo C. Generalao Jr., for allowing us to use their school facilities; and

To our CARCHO volunteers, together with our Department Head, Ar. Louella May A. Dumadag, and our Focal Person, Ar. Eric F. Clemente, all of our eagerness and sincerity to serve has brought a positive outlook in making sure everything and everyone's effort generates a successful result.

Thank you all so much for your help, support and effort in taking part of the Bayanihan Bakunahan National Vaccination Day.

Proclamation No. 1253 declares November 29 to December 1, 2021 as National COVID-19 Vaccination Days in the country.

In response to this, the City Government of Tagum , together with City Health Office - Tagum , Barangay Cuambogan, and City Architect's Office- LGU Tagum , in partnership with AlfaLink Total Solution Corp. and LYR Group of Companies, will assist and facilitate the Bayanihan Bakunahan Mass Vaccination at Florentino Catalan Elementary School, Barangay Cuambogan, Tagum City on November 30, 2021 (Tuesday).

The National Vaccination Days aim to jab and vaccinate 15 million Filipinos during the three-day period.

This vaccination campaign is open to all unvaccinated residents of Barangay Cuambogan, Tagum City ages 12 years old and above.

Now is your chance to help yourself, your family and your community get protected from COVID-19.
