👉 Step 2: Present your requirements to the Staff-in-Charge on your chosen schedule and claim your Library Card.

Requirements:
📌 Library Card Application:
• Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR)
• 2 pcs 1x1 ID picture with white background printed on a glossy paper

Library Card Validation:
For students with an existing library card, get your card validated for this semester.

[SERVICE ADVISORY]

The University Learning Resource Center (ULRC) and its unit libraries will be temporarily closed on July 31 and August 1, 2025, to allow library personnel to participate in the Learning and Development Camp to be held at USeP Tagum Campus.

This undertaking is part of the University's continued efforts to enhance the professional capabilities of its library staff and further improve the delivery of library services.

During this period, should you have any concerns or inquiries, feel free to reach out to us through our official online platforms. Additionally, our online platforms, particularly MyLOFT will remain fully accessible to support your information and research needs.
