DNPPO OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES PROJECT CCTV 123

On May 5, 2025, PCOL ALEXANDER SERRANO JR, Provincial Director of DNPPO led the launching of Project CCTV 123, a technology-aided crime prevention and crime solution initiative which aims to improve crime response with the help of CCTV owners. In partnership with STI College Tagum, a database and reporting management system was developed to aid the command center in dealing with crime reports involving CCTV footages and coordinate police response with responding units.

Special thanks to the management of Gas Island gasoline stations for being the pilot establishment of this project and for participating in the series of SIMEX to improve further the system.
