Today marks the beginning of a month-long celebration dedicated to the incredible people who continuously guide, inspire, encourage, and believe in us—our dear teachers! 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫💖

Every day, you step into the classroom with a lesson to teach, a heart ready to care, and a mission to make a difference. Beyond books, numbers, and lessons, you teach us the values of kindness, perseverance, discipline, courage, and hope. You patiently guide us when we struggle, cheer for us when we succeed, and remind us that every mistake is another opportunity to learn.

This Teachers’ Month, we want you to know that your efforts do not go unnoticed. Every word of encouragement, every extra effort, every thoughtful gesture, and every moment you spend helping us grow becomes a meaningful part of our journey.

From the MPIES Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG), we express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all our teachers. Thank you for being our mentors, role models, second parents, and constant supporters.

And this time, Teacher, ikaw naman! Ikaw naman ang aming pasasalamatan, bibigyan ng ngiti, at ipapaalala kung gaano ka kahalaga sa bawat batang iyong tinuturuan. This month is for YOU! ✨

📢 PAHINUMDOM UG PAG-AMOMA SA ATONG MGA ANAK ONLINE 🎮❤️

Mga Ginikanan, palihog tagdon nato kini.

Tungod sa bag-uhay nga makalilisang nga insidente sa Ateneo de Zamboanga University, gusto lang namo nga pahinumdoman ang tanan nga mas bantayan nato ang mga online games ug videos nga atong mga anak ginatan-aw ug ginadula.

Ilabi na sa atong elementary learners, palihog i-check ug i-monitor ang ilang mga ginadula, labi na ang mga games nga adunay:

🔴 Pusil, pagpangpatay ug violence
🔴 Murder o crime-related content
🔴 Fighting ug uban pang violent themes
🔴 Dili angay nga content sama sa sexual o adult content

Apil niini ang pipila ka games o experiences nga makita sa Roblox, sama sa RIVALS, Murder Mystery 2, Brookhaven, ug uban pang susamang games.

⚠️ Importante: Wala namo giingon nga kini nga mga games maoy hinungdan sa nahitabo nga insidente. Kini usa lamang ka preventive reminder aron masiguro nga ang atong mga bata dili ma-expose sa content nga dili angay sa ilang edad.

👨‍👩‍👧 Mga Ginikanan, ato silang tabangan pinaagi sa:

✅ Pag-check unsay ilang ginadula online.
✅ Paggamit og parental controls kung gikinahanglan.
✅ Pag-limit sa oras sa pagduwa.
✅ Pakigsulti sa atong mga anak bahin sa ilang nakita online.
✅ Pagdasig kanila sa educational, creative, ug age-appropriate nga activities.

👧🧒 Mga Anak, pahinumdom:

Dili tanan nga makita online angay tan-awon o dulaon. Kung makakita mo og makahahadlok, violent, o dili angay nga content, sultihi dayon inyong ginikanan o teacher.

💙 Ang kaluwasan sa atong mga anak responsibilidad nato tanan.

Magtinabangay ang eskwelahan ug panimalay aron maprotektahan nato ang atong mga learners online man o offline.

BIG IMPACT STARTS WITH SMALL HANDS—Keeping our school and planet clean, one piece of trash at a time! 🏫🌱✨

On July 13, 2026, our SELG & YES-O Imeldian officers proved that you are never too young to make a massive difference! Armed with garbage bags and big smiles, our young environmental champions took initiative in a school-wide clean-up, keeping our campus green, tidy, and beautiful.

Working together to pick up litter reminds us that a cleaner tomorrow starts with the actions we take today. Every wrapper picked up and every piece of trash properly disposed of is a step toward a better planet. 🌍💚.

Maintaining a clean learning environment is a shared responsibility, and these daily efforts help build a better space for everyone. 🌍🤝

Our SELG MAPEH DAY Mini Store is officially a success! A huge thank you to everyone who dropped by and supported us. All proceeds from today are now officially part of our SELG Fund for future programs.

A big thank you also to the officers for taking charge and applying their leadership, mathematical, and entrepreneurial skills to serve the student body. See you at the next project! 📈✨

The energy at Miko’s Brew today was truly inspiring as the 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙁𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙨 officially kicked off. On March 5, 2026, this gathering represented more than just a formal meeting; it was a vibrant assembly of the brightest young minds and their mentors, all focused on reshaping the future of student governance.

Guided by 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙀𝙙 𝙊𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 No. 12, s. 2025, the event brought together the brightest young minds and their mentors to reshape the future of student governance for SY 2026-2027. Among the sea of motivated faces were our very own 𝙀𝙣𝙯𝙤 𝙅𝙖𝙝𝙢𝙞𝙧 𝘽. 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖 (Incoming SELG President) and 𝙅𝙤𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙍. 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙤 (Incoming SELG Vice-President).

​This two-day activity is more than just a formal re-organization, it serves as a vital bootcamp for servant leadership. From policy-making discussions to collaborative workshops, these officers are learning that leadership is a responsibility that begins long before the first school bell rings in June.

​"Being here isn't just about winning a position, it’s about preparing ourselves to be the voice of our fellow students and making sure that every learner feels heard and supported in the coming school year," shared Enzo.

​With the guidance of their Adviser, our SELG team is proving that the future of our school is in very capable hands. We look forward to seeing these lessons turn into community-building actions back on campus.

Today, the SELG and YES-O officers of MPIES came together to lead a school clean-up drive as we proudly open our campus as a billeting quarter for delegates from Davao del Sur. While athletes compete and showcase their talents, our student leaders show their own strength through teamwork, responsibility, and love for the environment.

With brooms in hand and hearts ready to serve, they ensured that every classroom, hallway, and corner of our school reflects the warmth and hospitality of MPIES. Their actions prove that leadership is not just about positions, it’s about initiative, discipline, and setting an example for others.

Clean surroundings, united efforts, and a community working as one. ❤️
