ASHFALL ADVISORY – MT. KANLAON

Residents are advised to take the following precautions due to ashfall from the eruption of Mt. Kanlaon:

Wear an N95 mask or any face mask when going outdoors.
Stay indoors as much as possible and keep doors and windows closed.
Protect your eyes by wearing goggles or eyeglasses.
Cover water containers and food to prevent contamination.
Avoid unnecessary travel, as ash can reduce visibility and make roads slippery.
Individuals with asthma, respiratory illnesses, children, older adults, and pregnant women should take extra precautions.
Follow updates and instructions from local authorities and PHIVOLCS.

Among ipahibalo nga ang atong Lagtang Emergency Rescue Responders (LERRS) magpahigayon og Refresher Training karong July 6–7, 2026 aron mas mapalig-on pa ang among kahibalo ug kahusayan sa pagresponde sa mga emerhensya sa atong barangay.

Tungod niini, temporaryo sa dili pa kami makatubag sa mga emergency calls niining maong mga petsaha.

🚨 Sa panahon sa emerhensya, palihug tawag lamang sa LDRRMO aron sa dali ug hustong paghatag og tabang.

Salamat sa inyong pagsabot ug padayon nga suporta. Ang maong pagbansay gihimo aron mas maayo pa namo nga ma-alagaran ang atong komunidad.

Dali nga narespondehan sa atong Barangay Lagtang Emergency Rescue Responders (LERRS) ang nalambigit nga indibiduwal sa motor vehicular accident diha sa Purok Bagalnga kaganihang alas 9:00 sa buntag. Ang biktima nakaangkon og abrasion sa iyang pikas bahin sa iyang tiil ug nahatagan dayon og tukmang first aid sa lugar sa insidente.

For the safety and security of our drivers and all individuals inside the gym, please be informed that a First Aid Station has been set up, and our team is currently stationed in the area to provide immediate assistance.

Our personnel are on standby to respond to any emergencies, especially those related to heat exposure and other health concerns.

We strongly encourage everyone to stay hydrated, avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, and follow safety protocols at all times.
