📸 JUDGING CRITERIA
40% Reactions – Based on the total number of reactions received
30% Creativity and Originality
20% Costume Design
10% Photo Composition and Presentation
📌 MECHANICS
1. Open to residents of Barangay San Jose only.
2. Participants must wear a DIY Halloween costume and please tag our SK Brgy. San Jose Page
