Voter registration for BSKE 2026 is just this easy:
STEP 1
Go to COMELEC at the Office of the Election Officer (OEO) where you are a resident, or at the nearest SRAP site. Check out SRAP sites and schedules here:

STEP 2
Bring a valid government-issued ID.
STEP 3
Answer the Application Form (CEF-1).
STEP 4
Have biometrics captured (photo, fingerprints, and digital signature).
STEP 5
Get your acknowledgement receipt after the process. Your application will be subject to review by the Election Registration Board. Wait for the posting of the list of approved applicants in the COMELEC Bulletin Boards.

Luyo sa Executive Order No. 114 (Marso 6, 2026) nga nagmando sa tanang ahensya sa gobyerno ug mga instrumentalidad nga hugot nga magpatuman sa mga protokol sa pagkonserba sa enerhiya, ang Commission on Elections (COMELEC) – Surigao del Sur nagpahibalo sa katawhan nga tanang buhatan sa COMELEC sa tibuok probinsya magpadayon sa pagdawat sa mga aplikasyon ilalom sa nagpadayon nga sistema sa rehistrasyon.

📌 Oras sa Pagserbisyo:
8:00 sa buntag hangtod 5:00 sa hapon
Lunes hangtod Sabado, apil ang mga holiday

Gina-awhag ang tanan nga magparehistro nga moadto sa pinakaduol nga buhatan sa COMELEC sulod sa giingon nga oras aron masiguro ang hapsay nga pagproseso sa ilang aplikasyon.
