The Schools Division Office of Surigao del Sur, through the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Unit, announces the permanent shutdown of the 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 (𝐄𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒) 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. This transition is being undertaken to pave the way for the implementation of the new 𝐒𝐃𝐎 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥, which aims to provide a more integrated, efficient, and secure digital platform for the Division.

To ensure a smooth transition, an online orientation for all Administrative Officers and concerned personnel shall be conducted prior to the implementation of the new ICT solutions. Details regarding the orientation schedule and access links shall be communicated separately.

# # # Systems with Data to be Retained

The following systems shall remain operational, and their existing data will be preserved:

* Document Tracking System (DTS)
* Learning and Development (L&D) System
* Official SDO Website

# # # Systems to be Discontinued and Data Removal

The following ICT services shall be permanently discontinued, and all associated data shall be truncated and permanently deleted:

* DepEd Email Requests
* Transfer Requests System
* ICT Helpdesk System
* Learning Resources Repository

Users are advised to secure and download any necessary records from the affected systems before the implementation date, as data deletion will be irreversible.

An official memorandum containing the implementation guidelines, transition procedures, orientation details, and timelines for the new SDO Portal will be released separately by the Schools Division Office. All concerned personnel are encouraged to monitor official communication channels for further announcements.
