🇵🇭🤝 3rd quarter MPOC Meeting | Municipality of Cantilan, Surigao del Sur, September 24, 2026.

LTC NOEL A FRIAS (OS) PA, Director,1504th Community Defense Center, 15th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command Philippine Army attended the Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) Meeting in the Municipality of Cantilan, Surigao del Sur. During the activity, LTC FRIAS presented the mission and programs of the Philippine Army in support of its advocacy for Reserve Force Development in the area.

The presentation highlighted the vital role of the Reserve Force in strengthening national defense, enhancing community resilience and fostering greater public participation in peace, security and disaster response initiatives. The activity also reinforced the collaborative partnership between the Philippine Army and the Local Government Unit in promoting a safe, secure and prepared community.

Together, we continue to build a stronger Reserve Force and a more resilient nation. 🇵🇭💪

On 23 September 2026, LTC NOEL A FRIAS (OS), PA, Director of the 1504th Community Defense Center, 15th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the “Sariling Bahay Para sa Masa” housing project held at Barangay San Isidro, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur.

LTC FRIAS was among the distinguished guest speakers during the ceremony, together with representatives from various government agencies and partner organizations who expressed their support for this significant community development initiative. 🤝

The “Sariling Bahay Para sa Masa” project underscores the importance of collaboration among government agencies, stakeholders and communities in advancing accessible and decent housing for deserving Filipino families.

The Philippine Army, through its Community Defense Centers and partner organizations, remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote community development, public service and the welfare of the Filipino people. 🏠🤝🇵🇭

📍 TANDAG CITY, SURIGAO DEL SUR | September 22, 2026 — LTC NOEL A FRIAS (OS) PA, Director of the 1504th Community Defense Center, 15th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, attended the 3rd Quarter CY 2026 Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) Meeting held at Villa Maria Luisa Hotel, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur.

🤝 The meeting was spearheaded and presided over by HON. JOHNNY T. PIMENTEL, Provincial Governor of Surigao del Sur.

🎖️ During the meeting, LTC FRIAS presented the mission, programs and initiatives of the Philippine Army in support of Reserve Force Development in the province. His presentation highlighted the vital role of the Reserve Force in strengthening national defense, enhancing community resilience and encouraging greater public participation in peace and security, disaster response and preparedness initiatives.

🛡️ The activity further strengthened the partnership and coordination between the Philippine Army and the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur in advancing peace, security, disaster preparedness and community resilience.

🫡 RESERVE FORCE PROVIDED SECURITY AND CROWD CONTROL ASSISTANCE DURING PASIDUNGOG FESTIVAL 2026 🎉

September 16, 2026//The reservists of Alpha Company, 1504th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (RRIBn), led by CPT WELLIEBERT M KINDICA PA (RESERVE), Company Commander, under the supervision of this unit, provided security and crowd control assistance during the PASIDUNGOG FESTIVAL held at the Municipality of Madrid, Surigao del Sur. 🇵🇭

The dedicated reservists worked alongside local authorities and event organizers to help maintain peace, order and public safety throughout the celebration. Their presence and assistance contributed to the safe and orderly conduct of the festivities, allowing the community to celebrate with confidence and unity. 🤝👮‍♂️

This activity highlights the commitment of the Philippine Army Reserve Force to support local communities and government partners whenever called upon. Through service, cooperation and teamwork, our reservists continue to uphold their duty to the people. 💪🇵🇭

🌏🚨 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill🪖🇵🇭

The Organic Personnel of the 1504th Community Defense Center under the leadership of LTC NOEL A FRIAS (OS) PA, Director, actively participated in the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) together with the Reservists of the 1504th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (RRIBn). 🤝🪖

As part of the activity, participants performed the “Duck, Cover and Hold' procedure to practice the proper response during an earthquake. The drill served as an opportunity to enhance their preparedness, awareness, coordination and responsiveness in times of emergencies and disasters. 🫡🚨

Ang 1504th Community Defense Center , 15th Regional Community Defense Group Reserve Command Philippine Army ay taos-pusong nagpapahayag ng aming taos pusong pasasalamat at pagpapahalaga sa lahat ng Local Government Units, elected officials at mga katuwang mula sa private sector na walang sawang nagpaabot ng kanilang tulong, suporta, at pakikiisa sa aming pagdiriwang ng Ika-47 National Reservist Week. 🇵🇭🫡

Ang inyong presensya, suporta, at pakikipagtulungan ay naging mahalagang bahagi upang maging matagumpay, makabuluhan, at mas masigla ang pagdiriwang na ito. Ang inyong pagtugon at pakikiisa ay patunay ng ating matibay na ugnayan at pagkakaisa .

Lubos naming kinikilala at pinahahalagahan ang inyong mga ambag maliit man o malaki sapagkat ang bawat tulong ay naging mahalagang bahagi ng pagkamit ng layunin ng pagdiriwang. Higit sa lahat, ipinakita ninyo na ang tunay na diwa ng serbisyo ay higit na nagiging makabuluhan kapag ito ay isinasagawa nang may pagkakaisa, malasakit, bayanihan at pakikipagtulungan. 🤝❤️

Ang Ika-47 National Reservist Week ay hindi lamang isang pagdiriwang, ito ay isang paalala na ang bawat mamamayan ay may mahalagang papel sa pagpapatatag ng ating mga komunidad at sa pagsusulong ng isang mas ligtas, mas handa at mas nagkakaisang bansa. 🇵🇭

Kaya naman, mula sa pamunuan at mga kasapi ng 1504 Community Defense Center maraming-maraming salamat sa inyong tiwala, suporta at pakikiisa. Ang inyong tulong ay aming lubos na pinahahalagahan at hindi malilimutan.

1504 Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion Celebrates 47th National Reservist Week 2026 🇵🇭

The 1504 Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion, headed by MAJ ROEL J CAMBA PA (RES), Commanding Officer, under the supervision of the 1504 Community Defense Center headed by LTC NOEL A FRIAS (OS) PA, Director and with the guidance of COL JONATHAN P OBENA INF (GSC) PA, proudly celebrated National Reservist Week 2026 on 06 September 2026 at Brgy. Poblacion, Tagbina, Surigao del Sur. 🇵🇭🫡

The celebration commenced with an energetic Fun Run, bringing together reservists in an atmosphere of camaraderie, fitness and unity. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️💪 The activity highlighted the importance of physical readiness and strengthened the bonds among members of the reserve force.

The celebration continued with a lively Sports Fest, featuring various sports activities that promoted teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship and camaraderie among the participating reservists. 🏆🤝

More than just a celebration, the activity served as a reminder of the reservists’ unwavering commitment to remain ready and capable of serving the nation whenever called upon. Their active participation reflects the spirit of patriotism, volunteerism and dedication to duty. 🇵🇭

The 1504 Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion continues to uphold the values of discipline, camaraderie, preparedness, and service to the nation, embodying the spirit of “Always Ready, Always There.” 🫡🇵🇭
