Pursuant to Proclamation No. 727, s. 2025, declaring October 31 (Friday), November 1 (Saturday), and November 2 (Sunday) as Special Non-Working Holidays in commemoration of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) hereby informs the public that all LTO offices nationwide shall be closed on the aforementioned dates.

Normal government operations and all frontline services shall resume on November 3, 2025 (Monday).

The LTO encourages all motorists and commuters to observe road safety protocols and practice responsible travel and driving etiquette throughout the observance of Undas 2025.

Ayon sa LTO Calabarzon, libre ang pag-claim ng plaka sa mga opisyal na tanggapan, Plate Distribution Caravans, Plate on Wheels, o Official Courier Hubs ng LTO Calabarzon.

Hinimok ng LTO Calabarzon ang publiko na makipag-ugnayan lamang sa mga opisyal na tanggapan ng LTO para sa anumang katanungan o concern hinggil sa kanilang mga plaka.

𝐋𝐓𝐎 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐤𝐞

In response to the directive of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr. to provide assistance to the people affected by recent calamities, Land Transportation Office (LTO), under the guidance of Acting Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Giovanni Z. Lopez, has extended the validity of the registration of motor vehicles and driver’s license that expired on September 30.

LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II said he already issued a memorandum to all the agency’s Regional Directors and District Office heads in relation to the extension.

Based on the memorandum, the validity will be extended up to October 15 and Asec Mendoza assured that there will be no penalties that will be charged to the motor vehicle owners and driver’s license holders.

“This is in consideration of the cancellations of government work caused by heavy rains brought by the Southwest Monsoon and Typhoons Nando, Opong, and Paulo and the devastating earthquake that struck Cebu,” said Asec Mendoza.

“A lot of our kababayan were affected and this was the LTO’s way of providing assistance to the affected clients in line with President Marcos’ directive,” he added.

Asec Mendoza said the 15-day period for the settlement of Traffic Apprehension Cases effective September 26 will likewise be extended until October 15.
