The Provincial Management Conference was held at the NCIP Tarlac Provincial Office on October 5, 2026, under the leadership of Provincial Officer Engr. Marcial P. Lengao. The conference served as a venue to discuss office matters, ongoing programs and activities, and other concerns relevant to the effective implementation of the Office’s mandates and responsibilities.

NEWLY INSTALLED MUNICIPAL IPMR OF MAYANTOC TAKES OATH OF OFFICE

The newly installed Municipal Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR) of Mayantoc, Tarlac, Mr. Renato Martin, formally took his oath of office before the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Iluminado E. Pobre Jr.

The oath-taking marks the beginning of his official service and representation of the Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) of Mayantoc in the Municipal Government.

As the newly installed Municipal IPMR, Mr. Martin is entrusted with the responsibility of bringing forward the voices, concerns, aspirations, and interests of the Indigenous Peoples and ensuring that their rights and welfare are considered in local governance and development initiatives.

The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) – Tarlac Provincial Office extends its congratulations to Hon. Renato Martin and wishes him a meaningful and productive term of service.
