PhilSys Step 2 Registration for children ages 1-4 years old is now available!
Visit our PhilSys registration centers and bring your kiddos. Be PhilSys registered!

Requirements for Registration:
- PSA Birth Certificate/ LCRO Birth Certificate (original copy)
- PhilID or ePhilID of the parent or guardian accompanying the child
Note: If the child is accompanied by the guardian, bring an authorization letter of the parent with a photocopy of valid ID.

Registration of Philsys National ID ages 5 years old and above is open from Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5pm.

For minors (ages 5 y/o to 17 y/o): Just bring your original copy of birth certificate (either PSA copy/NSO copy/LCRO-issued copy) or Valid Philippine Passport

For 18 years old and above: Just bring your valid ID and original copy of other supporting documents.

If the marital status on ID card/document is single, and/or if maiden name is used, bring the original copy of your Marriage Certificate (either PSA/NSO or LCRO-issued copy) and valid ID to change your marital status to married.

Always bring the original copy of your documents. Make sure that your ID card and/or documents have the CORRECT information. We CANNOT correct mispelled name or incorrect information on your identification as we are VERY STRICTLY document-based.
