The Provincial Planning and Development Office joins the Provincial Government of Tarlac in recognizing a significant step toward strengthened citizen participation and inclusive governance through the successful Oath-Taking Ceremony of the officers of the Tarlac Provincial People’s Council.

As partners in development, the different Civil Society Organizations and sectoral representatives play a vital role in shaping programs and initiatives that are responsive to the needs of our communities.
