Catigaacan Elementary School has officially started its Early Registration for the School Year 2026–2027 on January 31, 2026 and February 7, 2026, in accordance with the Department of Education’s nationwide early registration initiative for public schools.

Madam Marisa Dela Cruz led the event which marks the beginning of the official early registration period for incoming Kindergarten, Grade 1, returning students, and transfer learners. This aims to ensure accurate data collection and effective planning for the upcoming academic year.

As part of our school’s health program, blood pressure apparatus and essential medicines were distributed to teachers, while additional medicines were provided to parents. The initiative aimed to support the health and wellness needs of both educators and members of the school community.

The activity was conducted with the support of the PGT-TARLAC, SDO-TARLAC Province, and District Nurse, Arthurgomezsotto. Their continued commitment and dedication contributed significantly to the effective delivery of health services in the school.

Catigaacan Elementary School Honors Educators on World Teachers’ Day

In celebration of World Teachers’ Day, Catigaacan Elementary School is set to honor its dedicated teachers with a special program on Friday, October 3, at the school’s covered court.

The event will be led by our School Principal Dr. Marisa M. Dela Cruz who will join the school community in recognizing the vital role teachers play in shaping young minds.

As the countdown to World Teachers’ Day continues, Catigaacan Elementary is shining a spotlight on the heart and soul of early education - its passionate and hardworking teachers. From singing cheerful nursery rhymes to teaching the ABCs, and from wiping away tiny tears to celebrating every small success, these educators do it all with unwavering patience, care, and love.
The celebration aims to honor their tireless contributions, not just as educators, but as mentors and role models who leave a lasting impact on their students’ lives.

World Teachers’ Day is observed globally to acknowledge the essential role teachers play in providing quality education and building the future generation. Catigaacan Elementary School’s celebration is part of this global recognition and appreciation.
