Community Service, Children and Social Welfare

A non-government, non-profit, and non-sectarian volunteer organization based in the landlocked province of Tarlac which aims to provide its people, preventive and developmental programs and initiatives that mobilize the family and community to respond to a problem, need, issue or concern of children, youth, women, and person with disabilities. It is also an organization that aims to help its people during calamities, providing community services, lingap kabayan, and bayanihan as well.
