DOLE Tarlac Field Office

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞: DOLE Tarlac Field Office conducted a SPES Orientation and signing of forms for 28 SPES beneficiaries of LGU San Jose, Tarlac on June 2, 2026 held at the ABC Hall, Villa Aglipay, San Jose, Tarlac.

Moreover, DOLE Tarlac Provincial Head Jason Ocampo paid a courtesy visit to LGU San Jose Local Chief Executive, Romeo Capitulo, on the same day.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: TUPAD Orientation and Contract Signing Activity led by the DOLE Tarlac Field Office at the BJMP Tarlac City Male and Female Dorm for a total of 125 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗘 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗰 𝗟𝗟𝗔 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲

In line with its commitment to promote safe and healthy workplaces, the DOLE Tarlac Field Office, through its Labor Law Academy (LLA), successfully conducted a series of capacity-building activities for workers and employers across the province of Tarlac.

On May 7, 2026, a Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Safety Officer 1 (SO1) training was conducted in coordination with the Occupational Safety and Health Center – Regional Extension Unit III (OSHC-REU3). The activity equipped participants from various companies with essential knowledge and skills in occupational safety and health standards, hazard identification, and risk control measures.

Subsequently, on May 14 and May 20–21, 2026, an Emergency First Aid Training and Occupational First Aid Training was conducted in partnership with the Tarlac City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO). These activities aimed to enhance the capability of workers and employers to effectively respond to workplace emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate first aid interventions.

Through these initiatives, DOLE Tarlac continues to empower stakeholders by strengthening awareness, preparedness, and compliance with occupational safety and health standards, contributing to safer and more resilient workplaces.

In celebration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day, the 𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗘 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗰 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 invites you to a practical and focused 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲.

This session aims to equip participants with effective strategies in managing challenging behavior while upholding fairness, respect, and due process. Learn how to apply positive discipline, address misconduct appropriately, and foster a culture of accountability without compromising employee dignity.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: The DOLE Tarlac Field Office participated in DSWD's Pagtataguyod 4Ps Roadshow held at the Tarlac City Convention Center with the aim of providing possible assistance to graduating 4Ps beneficiaries.

Every year since 2002, the Philippines joins in the international observance of World Day Against Child Labor (WDACL) in the month of June to raise awareness on the plight of child laborers and to demonstrate the country’s solidarity in the worldwide campaign against child labor.

Launched during the 6th Global Conference on the Elimination of Child Labour, 𝐃𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐜 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 supports the 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 which mobilizes people worldwide to call for concrete action against child labor.
