🗂️ 01 — Administrative Assistant
Represent management in transactions with government agencies (LGU, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and more)

✅ Willing to be assigned to different project sites (Baguio, Tarlac, and future locations)
✅ 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or admin support role
✅ Comfortable transacting with government agencies
✅ Prep materials for meetings, site visits, and management reviews
✅ Highly organized, discreet, and able to anticipate what leadership needs before they ask

📐 02 — Draftsman
Turn our engineers' and architects' plans into precise, buildable drawings.
✅ Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related course
✅ 1-2 years of drafting experience (residential/subdivision projects a plus)
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
✅ Willing to be assigned to different project sites
✅ Sharp attention to detail

We don't need someone to just manage a sales team. We need someone who can grow one — and grow our numbers with it.
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and take ownership of our revenue targets. This is a leadership role — you'll build strategy, manage people, and close the gap between "leads generated" and "units sold."
**What you'll do:**
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team toward clear sales targets
- Build sales strategies based on inventory, pricing, and market conditions
- Own the sales pipeline from lead to reservation, documentation, and closing
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales personnel
- Manage relationships with brokers, agents, and property partners
- Develop new sales channels and business opportunities
- Analyze sales reports, conversion rates, and inventory movement
- Coordinate with Marketing so campaigns generate leads that actually convert
**Required:**
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Management, or related field
✅ At least 5 years in real estate sales, property sales, or business development
✅ At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role
✅ Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
✅ Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
**A plus, not required:**
➕ Experience in residential subdivision or housing projects
➕ Existing network of licensed brokers and salespersons
➕ Experience with sales pipelines and CRM systems
➕ Real Estate Broker/Salesperson license or accreditation
