🔐 PNPKI Orientation and Users Training | Highlights

A valuable learning opportunity for our staff to gain a better understanding of the Philippine National Public Key Infrastructure (PNPKI) and how it can help make government transactions more secure and efficient.

The session was led by Sir Israel Gutierrez, Regional Project Focal of DICT Region III, who shared valuable insights about PNPKI, followed by Sir Reymark De Castro, who guided us through the practical application of what we learned.

And of course, this learning opportunity would not have been possible without Ma’am Marie Joy Corpuz of DICT Tarlac, whose efforts and support helped make the training happen.

Thank you to the DICT for giving us this opportunity to learn, practice, and become more digitally equipped in our work. 💻🔐

Sa bawat kuwentong naririnig natin, may mga Lolo at Lola na may dalang karanasan, aral, at kwentong sulit ipasa sa susunod na henerasyon. 📖✨

Ngayong Elderly Filipino Week, nakikiisa ang Carlos P. Romulo Library sa pagbibigay-pugay sa ating mga senior citizens, mga haligi ng pamilya at komunidad na patuloy na nagbibigay ng gabay, inspirasyon, at ambag sa bayan.

Dito sa library, naniniwala tayo na walang pinipiling edad ang pagkatuto, pagbabasa, at pagbabahagi ng kaalaman. 💙

Bitbit ang tema ngayong taon: “Nakatatandang Pilipino: May Halaga at Karapatan, May Boses at Ambag sa Bayan.”

A special addition to the Carlos P. Romulo Memorial Library collection!

We are grateful to welcome back Prof. Xiao Chua, a proud Tarlaqueño historian, who generously donated limited-edition NLP facsimile copies of Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo, featuring an introduction by Prof. Xiao Chua himself.

A meaningful addition to our collection and a wonderful opportunity for our readers to appreciate Rizal’s timeless works through the insights of a fellow Tarlaqueño historian.
