📢 CALL FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS 🎓

The Municipality of San Clemente, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), is now accepting applications for the Unlad Kabataan Program (UKP) Scholarship for School Year 2026–2027.

📅 Application Date: July 13, 2026 (MONDAY)
📍 Venue: MSWDO San Clemente Office

The scholarship is open to:
🎓 Incoming College Freshmen
🎓 Currently Enrolled College Students

📍 School Requirement:
Applicants must be enrolled or intending to enroll only in schools, colleges, or universities located within the Province of Tarlac.

Students enrolled in educational institutions outside Tarlac are not eligible for the scholarship.

Applicants who are current SPES beneficiaries or recipients of any other scholarship grant are not qualified to apply.

📋 Please check the posted requirements for your respective category before applying.

✅ Only the FIRST 50 APPLICANTS with COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS will be accommodated.

Yesterday, June 25, 2026, the LGU of San Clemente successfully conducted our local observance of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking ( ).
Through this initiative, we brought vital awareness campaigns directly to our youth at Maasin Community Elementary School and Bamban Elementary School. 🏛️🏫
We stand together to raise awareness, fight stigma, and advocate for healthier, drug-free communities. Change starts with education, empathy, and support—and by empowering our students today, we build a safer, brighter San Clemente tomorrow. 💙
