The Reserve Command, Philippine Army joins the observance of Men's Mental Health Month in raising awareness about the importance of mental well-being and encouraging men to openly discuss their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. True strength is not measured by the burdens one carries alone, but by the courage to seek support, express vulnerability, and prioritize mental wellness.

As we observe this month, let us challenge the stigma that men must suffer in silence and foster an environment where seeking help is met with understanding and support. By prioritizing men's mental health and promoting open conversations, we help build a stronger, more resilient, and mission-ready force capable of serving with focus, confidence, and purpose.
