• Coordinated with on scene personnel / relatives
• Documentation.
• Safely transported the patient to Quezon Medical Center (QMC), Lucena City
• Properly endorsed the patient to her mother, Lheandra Razalan

• Pre-hospital medical treatment of victims
• Obtained refusal consent for hospitalization from Victim A and endorsed to Brgy. Official
