It was a day filled with valuable insights, meaningful connections, and inspiring discussions that will truly prepare you to lead the way. We are so excited and confident as you gear up for your term as President for Rotary Year 2026-2027! 🤝💙

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent activity, where we formally turned over our Partnership Plaque to Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City through their Punong Barangay, Doc. Montero Marquez Tolentino. This milestone marks a strengthened commitment between our club and the community to work together for better service. 🤝

In line with our goal of protecting those who serve, we also turned over Four (4) Accidental Insurance Policies for the drivers of the Barangay Environmental Action Team (BEAT) - thanks to GP Richeen of RC Rizal Mideast. This initiative aims to provide them security and peace of mind as they perform their vital duties for the environment and the community. 🛡️💚

The meeting also yielded another exciting development: the Barangay Captain gladly agreed to showcase our club’s public image videos on the Barangay TeleScreen located facing Lorenzo Sumulong Circle—a major national road! This will give us great visibility and allow more people to learn about our projects and advocacies. 📺🚗

Representing our club during the turnover and meeting were:
President Vellin, Incoming Service Project Director Ada Laurenaria, and Rotaractor/Spouse Darryl Myr Florano.

Immunization is one of the most successful and cost-effective public health interventions, saving millions of lives each year—and it lies at the heart of Rotary’s commitment to building healthier communities worldwide.

From our decades-long campaign to eradicate polio, where we have helped reduce cases by over 99.9%, to supporting routine vaccination programs for children and vulnerable populations, Rotary clubs and members are dedicated to ensuring life-saving vaccines reach every person, everywhere.

This World Immunization Week, we reaffirm our mission:
✅ To protect children from preventable diseases
✅ To strengthen healthcare systems and access to essential services
✅ To work toward a polio-free world—our promise to future generations

📢 The Rotary Foundation Learning Session + Leadership & Vocational Service Forum 📢

Last April 15, we brought together LEARNING & FELLOWSHIP – two key pillars of Rotary District 3800! ✨ Held at the Monaco Hotel in Taytay, Rizal, this event was a meaningful opportunity for Rotarians and guests from Zone 5 - Rizal to connect, share best practices, and grow together.

We were honored to have two incredible speakers:
✅ Sherryl Khosiking (D3800 District Governor-Nominee) who led insights on The Rotary Foundation
✅ Jeng Ignacio (Past President, Rotary Club of Cainta & D3800 Membership Committee Chair) who shared expertise on Leadership & Vocational Service

Nearly 40 Rotarians and guests joined us, making the evening full of meaningful discussions, new connections, and renewed commitment to service. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making this event a success! 🙌

Transforming Lives Through Safe Water Access! 💧

On December 22, 2025, the Rotary Club of East Rizal, in collaboration with Zone 5 Clubs of District 3800 and led by the Rotary Club of Baras, implemented "United for Water: Rotary’s Safe Water Response" at Sitio Pinugay, Baras, Rizal.

As part of the impactful Project 6K, we distributed water gallons and AquaTabs to ensure access to safe, clean, and potable drinking water. Together, we are transforming communities and making a lasting difference!
