As one of our unitโ€™s distinguished passers, her remarkable commitment, unwavering devotion, exceptional diligence, or tireless perseverance brings immense pride to our community.

Her journey from the drill grounds of the University of the Visayas Toledo City Campus to becoming a licensed criminologist; her actions reflect the discipline and โ€œhonor, virtue, and serviceโ€ that she has consistently shown. Through countless sacrifices, she has shown that true leadership is forged through endurance. As she steps into the noble profession of criminology, we are confident she will champion justice and public service with the same integrity that defined her path.

Congratulations, Maโ€™am, C/LCOL Kemel M. Diola JSI! HOYAHHH!!
