In line with the National governmentโ€™s initiative under the leadership of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.the Local Government Unit of Toledo City fully supports the โ€œBigay Bigas sa Masaโ€ program,which aims to provide rice subsidies to the most vulnerable sectors of our community.

Attached to this letter is the list of beneficiaries,along with distribution schedule,required documents,and assigned venue. Please note that the beneficiary list is updated as of August 2026.
