"๐๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฅ๐? ๐๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฅ๐."
Mental health is a journey, not a destination. As we continue our journey toward becoming better versions of ourselves, let us remember that healing is not always linear. There will be days when we feel strong, and there will be days when simply getting through the day is already an achievement.
Dear students, remember to be gentle with yourselves. Our bodies keep scores, our minds need rest, and healing takes time. You do not have to have everything figured out all at once. Sometimes, taking a pause is also part of moving forward.
This Mental Health Week, the Guidance Office, in partnership with the Student Government of DLSASMC, has prepared a series of activities designed to encourage reflection, connection, and meaningful conversations about mental well-being.
May this week remind us that asking for help is not a weakness, rest is not something to feel guilty about, and no one has to go through difficult days alone.
