Ang Federation of Persons With Disability- Toledo City ( FPWD-TC) nagpahigayun sa ilang 4th Federation meeting ngadto sa ilang opisina nga anaa nahimotang sa ubos nga bahin sa CDRRMO building.

kini nga panagtapok imbitado ang opisina sa DILG Toledo City, nga gipangulohan ni Mr. Abraham Rey C. Donaldo, CLGOO, arun mahatagan og igung tubag og magiyahan ang atong mga kaigsoonang PWD sa ilang mga pangutana mahitungod sa NTA allocation og uban pa nga may kalabutan sa ilahang giduso nga mga isyu ug kabalaka.

𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐌 𝐂𝐈𝐑𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐑 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟏 (𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐘 & 𝐒𝐊 𝐈𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑)

In accordance with the issued Memorandum Circular, all Barangays and Sangguniang Kabataan are directed to ensure proper organization, accurate inventory, smooth turnover, and full accountability of all properties, records, and documents.

🔎 Barangays and SKs should prepare and submit the following documentary requirements to their respective City/Municipal Local Government Operations Officers (C/MLGOOs) through the Online GMS:
✅ Inventory Reports
✅ Financial Records
✅ Official Records
✅ Accountability Documents

📊 Please ensure the following are observed:
• Accuracy and completeness of all reports
• Use of prescribed formats
• Timely submission within the set deadlines
• Transparency and proper documentation at all stages

📅 Important Deadlines:
🗓️ September 30, 2026 – Initial Report
🗓️ December 20, 2026 – Final Inventory & Turnover Ceremony

1st Semester - CY 2026

Pursuant to Department of the Interior and Local Government Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2026-012 dated February 6, 2026, and the Advisory issued on February 20, 2026, by USLG Marlo L. Iringan providing guidance on its implementation, all barangays shall conduct the Barangay Assembly Day on any Saturday or Sunday of March 2026, in accordance with Section 397 of Republic Act No. 7160 and Proclamation No. 599.

For the 1st Semester of Calendar Year 2026, barangays shall adopt the official theme:
