LOCAL OFFICES TO REMAIN OPERATIONAL ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2026

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135 issued by the Office of the President on September 10, 2026, the Municipality of Tuba shall implement a skeletal workforce and work-from-home arrangement in government offices on September 10, 2026, in view of the anticipated continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

Essential services shall continue to operate, particularly offices and agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services.

The public is advised to remain vigilant and continue monitoring official announcements and advisories from the official page of the Municipality of Tuba and concerned offices for further updates.

IWAS LEPTOSPIROSIS, TUBA!

Ngayong tag-ulan, iwasang lumusong sa baha o maruming tubig. Maaaring makuha ang leptospirosis mula sa kontaminadong tubig at putik.

1. Magsuot ng boots at gloves kung kailangang lumusong.
2. Maghugas agad gamit ang sabon at malinis na tubig pagkatapos ma-expose.
3. Bantayan ang lagnat, sakit ng ulo, pananakit ng katawan, pamumula ng mata, pagsusuka, paninilaw, at kakaunting pag-ihi.
4. Magpakonsulta agad kung may sintomas matapos ma-expose sa baha.
5. Huwag basta-basta uminom ng doxycycline o antibiotics nang walang payo ng health professional./JAL

EHSAVI: Empowering Health Services to be Accessible, Valued, and Delivered with Integrity

Health Services Office of the Municipality of Tuba sustained its enhancement OF EHSAVI or health care services to the community. Launching dedication for Healthier Tuba, ensuring Barangays are safe and well protected.

Service Offer:
-Medical & Dental Consultation
-Laboratory Test
-Prenatal & Immunization Services
-Cervical & Breast Cancer screening visual Acuity assessment
-Health Education
-Nutrition Counseling

MHSO advised the public to please bring valid Id's, and for the minors should accompany by their guardians. This initiative of the Municipality provides easier medical services safeguarding individuals specially vulnerable sectors.

Medical fees are only applied to non Philhealth members and for PWD's, solo parents, senior citizens, and 4ps are free on fees. / Athina

Adopting Work from Home arrangement in Government Offices and SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES in Tuba, Benguet | AUGUST 18, 2026

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128 issued by the Office of the President, the Municipality of Tuba hereby adopts the implementation of appropriate alternative work arrangements, including work-from-home arrangements, for government offices, as well as alternative learning modes for schools.

Accordingly, face-to-face classes from Pre-School to Senior High School in all public and private schools in the Municipality of Tuba are suspended on August 18, 2026.

However, offices and agencies providing essential and emergency services shall continue to operate to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of necessary public services, particularly those involved in disaster preparedness, response, and other critical operations.

Everyone is advised to remain vigilant and continue monitoring official announcements and advisories from the official page of the Municipality of Tuba and other concerned offices for further updates.
