📢 BARANGAY MARKET DAY EVERY FRIDAY

The Barangay Government of Nangalisan informs all residents, farmers, local producers, vendors, and the general public that an Executive Order has been approved declaring every Friday as Barangay Market Day of Barangay Nangalisan.

The Barangay Market Day aims to promote and support the local products and agricultural produce of Nangalisan, provide additional opportunities for our farmers and local producers to earn income, and make basic goods and necessities more accessible to our constituents.

For the meantime, the Barangay Market Day shall be limited to available/authorized stalls as the barangay gradually establishes and organizes the market area.

The Executive Order shall take effect after fifteen (15) days from its posting in accordance with applicable rules on posting and effectivity.

All residents, farmers, local producers, vendors, and concerned individuals are encouraged to support and participate in this initiative.

PUBLIC NOTICE
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BARANGAY ANTI-RABIES ORDINANCE

The Barangay Government of Nangalisan hereby informs the general public that the Barangay Anti-Rabies Ordinance is now in full effect and shall be strictly implemented within Barangay Nangalisan.

All pet owners are reminded and encouraged to comply with the following requirements:

REGISTER YOUR PETS with the Barangay;
KEEP YOUR PETS PROPERLY LEASHED OR CAGED, especially when outside your premises;
HAVE YOUR PETS VACCINATED/IMMUNIZED AGAINST RABIES and ensure that their vaccination is kept up to date; and
BE A RESPONSIBLE PET OWNER and take all necessary measures to prevent your pets from causing harm, injury, or disturbance to other persons and animals.

Pet owners are advised to comply with the provisions of the ordinance to help prevent the spread of rabies, protect the community, and promote responsible pet ownership.

The approved Barangay Anti-Rabies Ordinance is attached/shown below for the information, guidance, and strict compliance of everyone.

A cellphone was found at the waiting shed going to River View Water Park Resort.

The cellphone was surrendered to the Barangay Hall of Nangalisan and is currently being kept for safekeeping.

. Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas, through Executive Order No. 2026-67, has ordered the suspension of face-to-face classes from Preschool to Senior High School, including Alternative Learning System (ALS) learners, in all public and private educational institutions in the Province of Benguet tomorrow, September 1, 2026, due to the inclement weather.

Schools are encouraged to implement appropriate alternative learning modalities and other learning continuity measures, as may be feasible, to ensure that learning activities continue while face-to-face classes are suspended.
