This is your opportunity to showcase your beauty, intelligence, culture, and leadership while proudly carrying the name of our barangay in the Mr. & Ms. Tuba 2026 pageant.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Must be a resident of Tuba, with at least 50% blood of Benguet or born/raised in the Municipality of Tuba.
✅ Must be 20–26 years old at the time of the coronation night.
✅ Must be single and of good moral character.
✅ Can speak and/or understand at least one of the major dialects in Tuba (Ibaloi, Kankana-ey, or Kalanguya).

Greetings, Kabataan ng Taloy Sur!
We are calling all the youth, aged 15-30 years old, to attend our Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly. As mandated by law (𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟎𝟕𝟒𝟐, also known as the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Reform Act of 2015), the KK Assembly is a means for the youth to participate in governance and governance-related discussions, and the law also encourages youth participation in public and civic affairs.
This assembly serves as a platform for you, the youth, to voice your opinions, suggestions, and ideas. It is the highest policy-making body for the youth in the barangay, allowing you to be informed about the programs, projects, activities, advocacies, and future plans of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Taloy Sur.
Your presence is highly valued, and we look forward to your active participation.
