🦟☀️🌧️ SUNNY OR RAINY, PROTECT YOURSELF FROM MOSQUITO BITES!

Don’t be fooled by the sunshine! ☀️ Mosquitoes can still bite even on sunny days. With the weather shifting from sunny mornings to rainy afternoons, water can easily collect in containers, tires, gutters, and other areas—creating potential breeding sites for mosquitoes. 🦟💧

🚨 More breeding sites mean more mosquitoes and a greater risk of dengue!

Let’s protect ourselves and our families:

✅ Use mosquito repellent
✅ Wear long sleeves and pants when possible
✅ Use screens, mosquito nets, or other protective measures
✅ Keep surroundings clean and remove stagnant water
✅ Search and destroy mosquito breeding sites regularly! 🔍🦟

💙 Remember: Whether it’s sunny or rainy, don’t let your guard down against mosquitoes!

SEARCH. DESTROY. PROTECT.
Together, let’s keep our community dengue-free! 🦟🚫

⏰ IT’S 4 O’CLOCK! TIME TO ACT! 🦟

Don’t let mosquitoes turn stagnant water into breeding sites! Take a few minutes today to TAOB, TAKTAK, TUYO, TAKIP! 💪

🪣 TAOB – Empty containers with water
🗑️ TAKTAK – Throw away unwanted containers and trash
☀️ TUYO – Dry wet areas and containers
🛑 TAKIP – Cover water containers properly

🦟 4 O’CLOCK HABIT: 4 MINUTES TO FIGHT DENGUE!

Let’s make TAOB • TAKTAK • TUYO • TAKIP a daily habit in every home and every community. 💚

Small actions. Big protection. Together, we can stop dengue!

18/09/2026

🦟🚨 SUSPECT DENGUE? SEEK EARLY CONSULTATION! 🚨🩺

Dengue can become serious, so don’t wait for symptoms to worsen before seeking medical care.

⚠️ Watch out for common signs and symptoms such as:
🌡️ Sudden high fever (for 2 days)
🤕 Severe headache
👀 Pain behind the eyes
💪 Muscle and joint pain
🤢 Nausea or vomiting
🔴 Skin rash

If you or a family member develops fever or symptoms that may suggest dengue, seek early consultation at your nearest health facility. 🏥

🚨 Be especially alert when warning signs appear, such as severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, bleeding, extreme weakness or restlessness, or difficulty breathing. Seek immediate medical attention.

💙 Early consultation can help with timely assessment, monitoring, and proper management.

Don’t self-medicate. Don’t wait. Seek early consultation. 🩺

🦟 PREVENT DENGUE. RECOGNIZE THE SIGNS. SEEK CARE EARLY.
