Light to Moderate to at times Heavy rains are being experienced in (Dinapigue, Palanan, Divilacan, Naguilian, ReinaMercedes, CityOfCauayan), (Dilasag, Dingalan), (AlfonsoLista, Aguinaldo, Asipulo and Tinoc) which may persist within 2 to 3 hours and may affect nearby areas.
The above conditions are expected over (Casiguran, Dinalungan, Baler, SanLuis, MariaAurora, Dipaculao), (IlaganCity, SanMariano, SanGuillermo, Echague, Jones, SanAgustin, Luna, Cabatuan, Angadanan, Alicia, Ramon, Cordon, BenitoSoliven), (Maddela), (Mayoyao, Lagawe, Lamut), (Kabayan), (Ambaguio and Kayapa) within the next 2 to 3 hours.

LOCAL WEATHER SITUATION: Northeasterly Windflow affecting Batanes. Easterlies affecting the rest of Cagayan Valley, and Aurora. Localized Thunderstorms affecting the rest of Northern Luzon.
PAGTAYA: Maulap na kalangitan na may kalat-kalat na mga pag-ulan at pagkidlat-pagkulog ang mararanasan sa Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, at Aurora dulot ng Easterlies. Maulap na kalangitan na may mahihinang mga pag-ulan ang inaasahan sa Batanes sanhi ng Northeasterly Windflow. Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulu-pulong mga pag-ulan o pagkidlat-pagkulog ang inaasahan sa Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Benguet, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, at Apayao sanhi ng Localized Thunderstorms.
Mahina hanggang sa Katamtaman na hangin mula sa Hilagang-silangan ang iiral sa Hilagang Luzon at sa Lalawigan ng Aurora. Ang mga baybaying-dagat ay magiging banayad hanggang sa katamtaman ang pag-alon.
FORECAST: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and Aurora due to Easterlies. Cloudy skies with light rains is expected over Batanes caused by Northeasterly Windflow. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms is expected over Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Benguet, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, and Apayao caused by Localized Thunderstorms.
