The Tuguegarao City Fire Station, led by FCINSP FRANCIS DAVID N BARCELLANO, City Fire Marshal, continuously conducts Rescue Drag and Carries as part of its daily operational readiness routine. These drills strengthen the skills, coordination, and physical preparedness of our personnel in safely moving and rescuing individuals during emergencies.
