The Barangay Bual successfully conducted its Annual Budget Planning and Assessment for Calendar Year 2027, held on September 18โ19, 2026, in Maasim, Sarangani.

The two-day activity served as an important venue to assess the barangayโs current programs, projects, and activities, identify priority needs, review development directions, and formulate responsive plans and budgetary priorities for CY 2027.
Through collaborative discussions and participatory planning, the Bual Council continues to strengthen its commitment to transparent budgeting, responsible utilization of public funds, accountability, and responsive public service.
The 2027 planning process reflects our shared commitment to ensuring that every program, project, and budget allocation is carefully planned and directed toward the welfare, development, and progress of the people of Barangay Bual.
The Barangay Bual also extends its sincere gratitude to the Municipal Mayor of Tulunan, Hon. Lee Roy V. Villasor, CE, for generously allowing and providing us the opportunity to use his mini shuttle bus for our Barangay Annual Budget Planning and Assessment for CY 2027.
