Structured for impact and guided by strategy, the Tourism Organizational Structure of the Municipality of Tupi is led by the Supervising Tourism Operations Officer and supported by a specialized team. Grounded in Planning and Research, strengthened through Marketing and Promotions, and enriched by Culture and the Arts, the office advances data-driven initiatives and cohesive branding that position Tupi as a dynamic and sustainable Agri-Eco Cultural Tourism destination.

: On April 30, 1937, Filipino women won the right of suffrage through a herstoric national plebiscite, with 447,725 (90%) voting “Yes,” surpassing the required 300,000 votes.

To honor this milestone and sustain its democratic spirit, a day was set aside for Filipino women to renew their advocacy and commitment to clean, honest, and free elections and to pursue these efforts with greater zeal. In 1984, Proclamation No. 2346 declared April 30 of every year as Woman Suffrage Day to encourage continued advocacy for electoral integrity.

As we mark the 89th anniversary of this milestone, we are reminded that while women have gained the right to vote, the work toward true gender equality continues—especially in ensuring more women are empowered and represented in decision-making spaces. There can be no full democracy if half of the population remains underrepresented.

To all Filipino voters, especially women: our foremothers fought for and won this right—let us continue to use it responsibly. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲. Let us choose leaders who are guided by competence, integrity, and a strong commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment.

Let us exercise this right freely, wisely, and meaningfully.

A. Presentation of MDRRMC 2025 Accomplishment Report.
B. Presentation of Draft DRRM Code Ordinance.
C. Update on Comprehensive Emergency Program for Children
E. Update on CLIMATE CARE PROJECT

Local government continues to strengthen disaster preparedness and ensure a timely and coordinated response for the safety and resilience of all Tupians.

February 11, 2026 – The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), headed by Ma’am Rosemin B. Catubig, RSW, MSSW, together with the GAD Program and LPO Program,conducted an orientation on Republic Act 11596(An Act Prohibiting The Practice of Child Marriage and Imposing Penalties For Violation) and Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning(RPFP). The event was participated by 25 Female and 3 Male During FDS, with the coordination of the Brgy. Council of Barangay Lunen, headed by PB Rowena P. Moradas, @ Barangay Lunen, Tupi, South Cotabato."
