Online Oathtaking of the New Medical Technologists and Medical Laboratory Technicians

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the new Medical Technologists and Medical Laboratory Technicians that the conduct of the online mass oathtaking will be on October 19, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., which will be spearheaded by PRC-National Capital Region via Microsoft Teams.

Inductees shall wear formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (white physical or virtual background) throughout the oathtaking ceremony.

Please secure an online appointment schedule at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and select “e-OATH” as transaction. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) warns the public against unauthorized individuals or groups offering to process, facilitate, expedite, or guarantee PRC transactions in exchange for a fee.

The PRC does not authorize any individual or entity to solicit payment or any other consideration in exchange for the facilitation, expedited processing, preferential treatment, or favorable action on any PRC application, document, or transaction.

The PRC strictly adheres to the procedures and processes prescribed in its Citizen’s Charter. The transacting public is advised to refer only to the PRC Citizen’s Charter, available on the PRC website, for the prescribed requirements, processing timelines, and applicable fees.

The PRC will continue to take appropriate measures to protect the public from misinformation, fraudulent activities, and unauthorized facilitation of PRC transactions.
