💉 LIGTAS TIGDAS: MEASLES-RUBELLA SUPPLEMENTAL IMMUNIZATION ACTIVITY

The Department of Health (DOH), in partnership with the City Health Office of Bacolod City headed by City Mayor Greg Gasataya, together with various government agencies, private sector partners, the 61 Punong Barangays, BHWs, and BNSs, successfully launched the Ligtas Tigdas: Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (SIA) at the Mansilingan Activity Center.
Barangay Mandalagan was proud to be part of this meaningful kick-off ceremony, represented by Dr. Alma Ruiz, Nurse Haydee Zulueta, Nurse Jane Lachica, Kagawad MJ Galleto-Lim, Chairperson, Committee on Health, our dedicated BHWs and BNSs, under the supervision of Kap. Paul Annieve.
Together, we stand united in protecting our children and strengthening our community against vaccine-preventable diseases.

Police Station 3 successfully conducted a Simulation Exercise (SIMEX) on an Active Shooter Incident at Mandalagan National High School, Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City, demonstrating our commitment to protecting lives through preparedness, teamwork, and rapid response.

This exercise was conducted under the supervision of PLT BENJO A BALLO, Officer-In-charge, and PLT MARC JUNSEN BANDIOLA, Acting Deputy station Commander with the leadership and support of PMSg Christian Alinsoring, together with the dedicated personnel of NIR PSBRC FTP Class 2025-01 and 2025-02.

The successful conduct of this exercise was made possible through the invaluable assistance and active participation of the Mandalagan Emergency Responders, Kagawad MJ Galleto Lim (Chairman on DRRMO), the School Principal, teachers, students, and all participating stakeholders. Their cooperation, commitment, and teamwork greatly contributed to the success of this simulation.

Through continuous training and realistic simulations, we strengthen our capability to respond effectively to critical incidents, ensuring the safety and security of our schools and communities.

🌿💚 NUTRISYON AT KALIKASAN, ATING PANGALAGAAN! 💚🌿
A heartfelt congratulations to the Barangay Mandalagan Health Center for the successful celebration of Nutrition Month 2026, held at CityMall Mandalagan. This meaningful activity highlighted the importance of proper nutrition and environmental stewardship in building healthier and stronger communities.
This success was made possible through the leadership of Punong Barangay Kap. Paul Annieve, the dedicated chairmanship of Kagawad MJ Galleto-Lim, Chairman on Health, Kagawad Nani Castor, and the invaluable support of Ms. Myrrah Lei Unson, Nutritionist-Dietician and City Nutrition Program Coordinator; Dr. Rosalie G. Deocampo, Medical Officer IV and City Nutrition Action Officer; Dr. Alma Ruiz; and our hardworking Barangay Nurse, Ma'am Haydee.
