: Recognizing the vital role of young creatives in shaping public awareness, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), under the leadership of Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, welcomed representatives of the winning productions from the PelikulAgraryo 2025 Regional Film Festival for an immersion activity at the DAR Central Office in Quezon City last July 13, 2026.

Among the participants was Lord Justin Jefferson A. Cruz of Urdaneta City University (UCU), Project Lead and Production Manager of 304 Productions, whose film Addan To Latta emerged as the winner in the ARBO Category of the DAR PelikulAgraryo Regional Film Festival 2025.

The immersion provided student filmmakers with firsthand exposure to DAR's programs and services, giving them a deeper appreciation of the agency's mission to uplift Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) and their communities.

The DAR Ilocos Region extends its heartfelt gratitude to the young filmmakers whose passion and creative vision brought the success stories of the region’s agrarian reform beneficiaries and organizations to life in PelikulAgraryo 2026.

Pangasinan delegates are PelikulAgraryo 2026-ready!

Five participating teams, together with their advisers from four prestigious universities in Pangasinan, are all set to share inspiring stories and success journeys of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) and Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs) in the upcoming PelikulAgraryo 2026: DAR Central and Regional Film Festival.

Following the successful conduct of the hybrid PelikulAgraryo Film Laboratory held from May 12 to 14 at The Grand Lourdes Hotel, participants from the University of Luzon, Panpacific University, Pangasinan State University–Sta. Maria Campus, and last year’s reigning ARBO category winner, Urdaneta City University, are now preparing for the regional competition.

The film laboratory featured lectures from DAR Region 1 Regional Director Maria Ana B. Francisco, CESO III, and award-winning filmmaker Director Zig Dulay. The training aimed to equip participants with the fundamentals of directing, screenwriting, cinematography, and film editing to further enhance their skills for the DAR PelikulAgraryo Regional Film Festival.

Qualifications:
Education:
• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Mass Communication, or other related disciplines.

Experience:
• Having at least 2 years of experience in graphic design/video editing for private, government agencies, or media
• Expertise in taking photo and video materials
• High-level editing in Photoshop and other software editing apps
• Proficiency in the use of a camera, computer and media applications

Scope of Service:
• Design graphics, infographics, and public information materials for print and digital platforms
• Conduct photo and video documentation of project activities
• Produce and edit AVPs, short-form videos, reels, and subtitled content for Facebook, TikTok, and radio/TV programs
• Develop success story videos and testimonials featuring ARBs and ARBOs
• Organize and manage visual archives and multimedia assets
• Create in-office multimedia materials for information display
• Provide technical and creative support for media engagements and campaigns
