"It's okay to ask for help. You are not alone."

โ€‹TYRO stands with the youth of Valencia City in breaking the stigma around mental health! We're excited to apply what we learned from today's iSTORYa seminar to support our community.

โ€‹A huge thank you to the Valencia City Youth Development Office (VCYDO), Mayor Amie Galario, and Vice Mayor Greizl Galario-Fernandez for organizing such a meaningful event for the youth.
