: The Valenzuela City Government suspends in-person classes in all levels, both public and private, on Tuesday, Nov. 25, due to inclement weather. Meanwhile, college classes will shift to alternative learning modes.

In view of the forecasted impacts that will be brought by Super Typhoon , work in gov’t offices in the NCR, CAR, and Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, and VIII is hereby suspended on November 10, 2025, Palace says.

CLASS AND GOVERNMENT WORK SUSPENSION ADVISORY

CLASSES in ALL LEVELS (public and private) in Valenzuela City are SUSPENDED on Monday, November 10, 2025, in anticipation of the inclement weather brought by Tropical Storm .

Work in City Government offices is likewise SUSPENDED. Emergency and disaster response offices operations, however, remain ongoing.

Work suspension for private companies, on the other hand, will be at the discretion of their respective management.

The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) will conduct the “Know Your Ground: Essential Earthquake Preparedness Seminar” on October 29, 2025, to arm the people with the knowledge and skills needed to prepare for and stay safe during earthquakes. The activity stresses the importance of awareness, readiness, and action in saving lives when disasters strike.
