The activity carried the theme “𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐔𝐌: 𝐏𝐚𝐠-𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐧𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐧, 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐨 𝐧𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚” emphasizing that while hope is always present, it is anchored on accountability, discipline, and personal transformation.

Gracing the occasion were the honorable guests: 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐒. 𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝐕, 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐈𝐈 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠. 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐈 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐑. 𝐀𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐚.

The activity was given full significance through the inspiring and informative discussion of 𝐑𝐃 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐒. 𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚, of the Parole and Probation Administration - National Capital Region, who highlighted the implementation of the Probation Law, its historical background, the key individuals who crafted and advocated for its passage, the concept of correction, and the vital role of probation in providing opportunity and hope for individuals who once stumbled with the law to become productive, disciplined, and God-fearing citizens.

She concluded her message with a powerful reminder:
“𝘉𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘰𝘯, 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯 𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘺𝘰 ‘𝘺𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘨-𝘢𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘋𝘪𝘺𝘰𝘴… 𝘴𝘢 𝘣𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘢 𝘢𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘰𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘥 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘭𝘢 𝘯𝘢 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘋𝘪𝘺𝘰𝘴 𝘬𝘢𝘺𝘴𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘴𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘪. 𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶.”
Her words resonated deeply with the clients, reinforcing the truth that with God, nothing is impossible, and that redemption and a renewed life are always within reach.

Meanwhile, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠. Gerald Galang expressed his full support and delivered an inspiring message centered on responsible hope and perseverance. He emphasized that the program is not about judging the past, but about preparing for a better future, one grounded in discipline, accountability, faith, and the courage to begin again.

Further strengthening the spirit of collaboration, Konsehala Kisha Ancheta (𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐚) extended her exemplary support through her partnership with the 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐂𝐒𝐖𝐃). Through her initiative, each client received a 5-kilogram sack of rice, and her office also facilitated the free use of the venue. She reaffirmed her commitment to supporting rehabilitation and reintegration programs of the VCPPO.

In addition, the success of the activity was made even more meaningful through the generosity of individuals and groups, including current clients, former clients, and Volunteer Probation Assistants who willingly shared their blessings by contributing food and raffle items, an inspiring testament to gratitude, solidarity, and the spirit of giving within the probation community.

The activity was successfully attended by hundreds of clients together with their family members, making the celebration a meaningful start to the year filled with hope, renewal, and strengthened commitment to positive change.
